Have a question, a story tip, or feedback about our content? We’d love to hear from you.
We also welcome:

Fill in the form below and we’ll get back to you. How long that takes depends on what you are writing about:
- General questions, tips, and feedback: 2 to 3 business days.
- Accessibility barrier reports: we aim to respond within 5 business days, as set out in our Accessibility Statement.
- Requests about your personal information, such as access, correction, or deletion: within 30 days, which is the timeline in our Privacy Policy.
What Happens to Your Message
Your message is read by our editorial team. We do not pass it to advertisers, affiliate partners, or anyone else for marketing, and we never sell or trade your information.
Being accurate rather than reassuring: your message does not sit nowhere. Like any website, this one runs on services operated by other companies, and your message passes through and is stored by them. Our host, SiteGround, holds the form data on its servers, and our other service providers are named in our Privacy Policy. Contact form submissions are kept for a maximum of two years, and you can ask us to delete yours sooner at any time.
You have the right to see what personal information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, and to withdraw your consent. Ask us through this form and we will respond within 30 days.
If you are not satisfied with how we handle a privacy concern, you can escalate it to the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada. One thing worth knowing before you do: the Commissioner asks you to raise the issue with the organization first, and states that if you do not take that step, it may not be able to accept your complaint. So please give us the chance to fix it.
Accessibility Concerns
If you’ve encountered an accessibility barrier on Living Unlimited, please tell us. We take these reports seriously and will work to resolve issues as quickly as possible. A report from someone actually using the site is worth more to us than any automated check.
You do not need to know the technical standard to send a useful report, and you should not have to. If you can, it helps us a great deal if you include:
- The page you were on, or a link to it
- What you were trying to do, and what happened instead
- What you were using: browser, device, and any assistive technology such as a screen reader, magnifier, voice control, or switch access
- Whether the problem happens every time or only sometimes
Any one of those helps. All of them helps more. If it is easier to just say “the menu does not work for me,” send that and we will follow up.
Our Accessibility Statement sets out the standard we hold this site to, which of our claims have been machine-verified against the live site, which still need manual and assistive technology testing, and the dates we have committed to for our known limitations.
What We Don’t Respond To
We do not accept unsolicited guest posts, paid link insertion requests, or sponsored content pitches. These messages will not receive a reply.
